Kru Chon is the best! Not only do the coaches at Little Giant provide great workouts, they also focus on actual combat skills. And, the coaches really care about their students. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

This probably the most authentic Muay Thai establishment in Northern Virginia!
Kru Chon is extremely patient, and genuine. He takes his time, and always has knowledge to give. 10/10 hands down the best Muay Thai gym I've been to! If you want to get fit or get into actual fighting, then this is the gym for you!

Great gym culture and high level technique. Coaches are great. People train hard but no one is trying to hurt you. I drive really far to go here and it's 100% worth it.

Every day is a win here from learning smooth techniques, learning Thai, and learning names of the amazing people you train with. Only loss is if you cheat yourself...DONT DO THAT!!! Other than that I recommend it lol

Great, technical classes as well as fight team training run by former Lumpinee champion Mahachon, and a couple other Thai trainers. If you're in the area and are looking for something authentic, challenging, in a non-intimidating environment, this is the place.

I LOVE this gym. All of the coaches are phenomenal and are amazing with kids. The children’s class is the highlight of our week. I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

I recently joined The Little Giant Muay Thai, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The gym has a great atmosphere, and the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive.

The classes are well-structured and cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Each session is intense and challenging, but the instructors make sure everyone understands the techniques and progresses at their own pace. Their attention to detail and dedication to each student’s development is truly impressive.

The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with plenty of equipment available for training. The sense of community here is fantastic, and I’ve made great friends who share my passion for Muay Thai.

Overall, The Little Giant Muay Thai is an outstanding gym that offers top-notch training and a supportive environment. Whether you’re looking to get fit, learn self-defense, or compete, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Since joining Little Giant Muay Thai a few months ago, I’ve embraced a new lifestyle of fitness and camaraderie. I was never an athlete; I always focused on my career since I was a teenager. I wish I had added this to my life earlier.

I've experienced a remarkable transformation, with my brain rewiring as I learn new coordination and fitness techniques I never knew before. It’s been an amazing journey. The coaching team is incredible—patient, professional, and supportive. I think the other 6 a.m. class members initially doubted that I would last long in this gym. However, thanks to the welcoming staff and fellow members who took the time to teach me and make me feel included, I’ve established a new routine for life.

I’m really happy with my decision to join and find myself impressing my own expectations with each class—not something this +50-year-old ever anticipated saying! In terms of health stats, since joining LGMT, I’ve seen a significant decrease in visceral and body fat, along with an increase in muscle mass. My physicians have told me that I’ve never been healthier, and my diabetes is now much easier to manage.

I look forward to each class for many reasons. I'm incredibly focused throughout the workday, and my diet and sleep have naturally improved to peak levels. I’m probably the last person you’d expect to see practicing Muay Thai; I had no idea what I was getting into but knew it would challenge me and I wanted to try it. Training with Kru Chon, Nate, Roger, Ayan, and the rest of the class has been an incredible opportunity and experience for me.

I can’t imagine my life without this now. I’m grateful to LGMT for the positive impact they’ve had on my life.

One of the best gyms. My 3 year old goes there and the coaches are so patient. The gym is very clean and they go above and beyond.

Amazing atmosphere, instructors, and management. I took private lessons here before I moved, and they were completely worth the price. The coaches and other gym goers are all extremely experienced, welcoming, and committed to improvement- your skills WILL advance at this gym, and you'll meet a bunch of really great people, too. I never encountered anyone at Little Giant with a toxic attitude or need to prove themself. The only "flaw" of Little Giant Muay Thai is it left my standards so high that I'm not sure I'll find another gym I enjoy as much as it.

Kru Chon and the rest of the staff are incredibly welcoming. They truly made the transition from my previous gym smooth. Although my time at LG was short, I will always remember and appreciate their hospitality.

I’ve trained all across the east coast, and very few gyms maintain the positive growth-based environment that I see in this gym while keeping a high-training quality. You are either too good or not good enough to train with the pros in most places, and injuries are abundant — not at LittleGiant however. Everyone is welcome regardless of skill level, everyone trains together whether it be a novice or pro fighter, the staff and instructors do their best to keep you safe and motivated, and most importantly everyone will make an effort to say hi, remember your name, and welcome you back eagerly. You’ll even learn to speak a little bit of thai yourself if you stay long enough!
LittleGiant Muaythai is a family, and I am happy to have found an incredible home-away-from-home.

The Little Giant Muay Thai gym is the best place to practice Muay Thai I have ever been to. They have knowledgeable and helpful trainers, clean facilities, and many times to train. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to learn something new (or continue developing) and wants an excellent work out. 5/5 stars from me for over a year working out here!

This is the best muay thai outside of Bangkok. Lead instructor Chon was my coach back in Thailand when I was fighting and he coached and trained me for many wins! He is a former stadium fighter himself, so the level of instruction is unbeatable. If your goals are UFC, Lion Fight, or simply to just get into shape, Little Giant Muay Thai is the ONLY place to go. Chon is very traditional in his approach and no matter what level of boxing you are he gives everyone the same amount of teaching. Can't recommend this place enough as there just aren't that many places in the U.S. that have this level of muay thai! Check out Little Giants, you won't be disappointed.

When I began my journey with Muay Thai in 2020 I, as expected, had a lot to learn. In the beginning, getting some of the basic techniques down was difficult for me and I struggled a lot. At one point, I wanted to completely quit practicing because I felt that I just wasn't capable of learning Muay Thai.

Fortunately, I kept at it; I took fundamental classes, watched a lot of videos, and eventually purchased a punching/kicking bag to practice new techniques at home. Things became a little easier, however, I still struggled with some of the concepts.

The following summer, my girlfriend called around to inquire about some gyms so that I could continue practicing while we were on vacation, and we stumbled upon The Little Giant. During our very first visit there, we were met with the warmest welcome and had the privilege of meeting the infamous little giant himself.

Suffice to say, Kru Chon is the best there is.

There is no other teacher I've met who is more dedicated, accommodating, innovative, and encouraging than he is. The staff is great as well. Nate, in particular, is a great communicator and has been so helpful every time I had to set up appointments. In addition, each instructor that I've had the privilege of learning from, be it through a private or group class, has helped me tremendously. From teachers to students, everyone has been supportive and uplifting.

Thanks to Kru Chon's knowledge and guidance, I have progressed enormously in my Muay Thai journey. It is always the most humbling experience to train at the Little Giant and I could not be more grateful that I stumbled upon this gym all those years ago. Definitely recommend ten times over, you won't regret it.

Littlegiant Muay Thai is my second home, and Kru Chon has beautiful technique. Whether you are a beginner trying to get stronger, a competitor looking for a team to work with, or a parent trying to instill your child with determination and an appreciation for hard work, Littlegiant is the right place

While the Muay Thai at Little Giant is truly exceptional, it is the community that makes this gym so great. I do not have enough good things to say about Kru Chon and Kru Nate and highly recommend this gym to others.

Littlegiant has extremely friendly and welcoming instructors. As someone who was new to Muay Thai, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was treated with respect and understanding from the minute I stepped into the gym to sign up. They instruct at a level that even beginners can understand, and my only regret is that I didn’t join sooner.

hands down, this is the absolute best muay thai gym on the east coast. The instructors are real, authentic, and they're truly dedicated to helping you improve and get better. If youre looking to up your skills, or just looking for an authentic muay thai gym with top tier trainers, this is the best place to go. This place is a second home to me, and many others who have fallen in love with the sport.

Training at Little Giant Muay Thai gym makes me feel like I’m back in Thailand again. This gym truly delivers an authentic Muay Thai experience. Kru Chon, Kru Eddie, and Kru Roger are all highly accomplished native Thai fighters with years of experience, both in the ring and as instructors. Their focus on technique and discipline has helped me grow stronger and more confident with each session. Beyond learning Muay Thai, I also get incredible cardio conditioning, strength training, and improved flexibility. The gym’s atmosphere feels like family—everyone pushes themselves to the limit while supporting each other along the way. The gym is spacious and well-equipped, making it the perfect place to train. Whether you're looking to learn the art of Muay Thai, get in shape, or prepare for an official fight, Little Giant Muay Thai is hands down the best in the DMV.
